NYTimes gives John Kerry a "Monica"

The NY Times has decided to kick-off the 2008 Presidential Election season by rewriting history for John Kerry's benefit. How? NY Times' Reporter Kate Zernike states as fact:
Naval records and accounts from other sailors contradicted almost every claim they made, and some members of the group who had earlier praised Mr. Kerry's heroism contradicted themselves.

Still, the charges stuck.

But along with this definitive "fact" the same story reports,
His supporters are compiling a dossier that they say will expose every one of the Swift boat group's charges as a lie and put to rest any question about Mr. Kerry's valor in combat.

So Kerry's supporters need to compile a dossier yet according to the NYTimes, "almost every claim" has already been contradicted? Where is THAT evidence and THOSE facts, NYTimes?

You sometimes amaze me with the astuteness of your observations and the less-than-obvious connections that you make.
